it wouldn't feel like an Adirondak trip if it didn't include walking around town and window shopping. jake and i spent a unusually chilly afternoon wandering in and out of our favorite boutiques, candy shops and antique stores up and down main street. there was also maybe some hand holding, flirting and kissing when no one was looking, of course.
btw i was so very excited to wear this vintage missoni inspired sweater that was my mom's! i wish she had saved more of her clothes [i am still lusting after a teal dress she wore in the '70s that i can only admire via photograph] BUT the few pieces she did hang on to are truly some of my favorites. so thanks mama :)
